About Rehearsing at Greeley West

Hey Families,

As with any transition, we have some adjustments to make now that we are rehearsing at Greeley West. Here are a few things to know.

1. Please try to have your singer arrive by 5:15-5:20 to give your singer time to get to the rehearsal rooms. It is a long haul down a long hall to get to them! If they walk in the front doors at 5:30, they will be late getting into rehearsal.

2. Please encourage your singer to use the restrooms as they pass them in the front hall BEFORE rehearsal. Because of the distance from the restrooms to the rehearsal rooms, use of the restrooms will be discouraged during rehearsal. This isn't just because of the time it will take them away from rehearsal but also for their safety. Of course, if there is an emergency, we will be sure they are escorted to the bathrooms.

3. Singers will be dismissed to the commons area near the front entrance following rehearsal. We will not send them outside to the parking lot because of the distance and for their safety.
